Well, it is exactly how it sounds...yoga with GOATS! Now this I have not tried; however, it is on buckey list. I mean come on who would want to spend an afternoon with goats and do yoga. Well maybe you Karen, we all know there is a Karen out there somewhere 😂.
We can all thank a lady by the name of Lainey Morse for birthing this unique coping skill. Yoga has been around since Indus Saraswati Valley civilization – dating back to 2700 B.C. Yoga is a method of relaxation and bring peace and harmony to mind, body, and soul.
